Abstract |
| This study is on Anatolian Alevism, according to the views of Fuat Koprulu. Having been one of the first to study this subject matter in the early years of the republic of Turkey, Koprulu provides very insightful and objective insights. </P><P>This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a result.
The primary function of the introduction is to explain the methods, purposes, and sources that were used in the writing of this thesis. </P><P>In the first chapter, Fuat Koprulu's life and studies are examined. However, because this thesis is based on Koprulu's point of view , Anatolian Alevism has been explained in technical and philological terms. My primary focus has been to make a conceptual frame from this </P><P>In the second chapter, Turkish history and Turkish beliefs before and after Islam are discussed. Central figures such as Ahmad Yasawi and Yasawiyya are also discussed. </P><P>
In the third chapter , under the title "Anatolian Alevism" , the history of the various sects are discussed.
They are: the history of religious synretism in Asia minor; the migration of the Turks from Central Asia to Asia Minor that spanned 4 centuries ; the formation of Sufism in Asia Minor; Heterodox sects such as Haydariyya, Kalendariyya, and Babais; and such heretical actions ; the bektashi order's formation, as well as the Hadji Bektash Wali.
</P><P>In my Result, i explained and criticed Koprulu's view and then wrote my views on this matter. |
